Chemical technician / Plant operator

• Production of superabsorbents, including preparation and packaging solutions
• Operation, monitoring, and control of production facilities in fully continuous alternating shifts
• Elimination of malfunctions and technical defects, including documentation in the shift log
• Safe start-up and shutdown of the systems
• Ensuring plant safety
• Plant inspections and control tasks
• Unloading of raw materials
• Performing simple maintenance and repair work
• Participation in test runs, special tasks, and projects
• Performing shutdown work
• Participation in the plant fire department

• Successfully completed training as a chemical technician (m/f/d) or other comparable technical training (e.g., process mechanic (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d), or similar)
• Knowledge of the operation and control of production facilities
• Willingness to work shifts
• High level of quality and safety awareness
• Careful, independent, and committed approach to work
• Solution-oriented mindset with high comprehension skills and willingness to learn
• Strong team and communication skills
• Preferably certified to wear respiratory protection equipment in accordance with G26/3
