Your tasks:
- Production of superabsorbents, including preparation and packaging solutions
- Operation, monitoring, and control of production facilities in fully continuous alternating shifts
- Elimination of malfunctions and technical defects, including documentation in the shift log
- Safe start-up and shutdown of the systems
- Ensuring plant safety
- Plant inspections and control tasks
- Unloading of raw materials
- Performing simple maintenance and repair work
- Participation in test runs, special tasks, and projects
- Performing shutdown work
- Participation in the plant fire department
What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed training as a chemical technician (m/f/d) or other comparable technical training (e.g., process mechanic (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d), or similar)
- Knowledge of the operation and control of production facilities
- Willingness to work shifts
- High level of quality and safety awareness
- Careful, independent, and committed approach to work
- Solution-oriented mindset with high comprehension skills and willingness to learn
- Strong team and communication skills
- Preferably certified to wear respiratory protection equipment in accordance with G26/3
